This foundation shall be dedicated to the improvement of Recreation Vehicle Safety, with a focus on Education. The Foundation may provide financial support to individuals, private organizations, educational institutions, and other entities whose contributions serve to help understand and enhance the Safe use of Recreation Vehicles. The Foundation may collect information and material, publish reports, provide resource material, and conduct public Safety campaigns. The premise of the Foundation is that an educated consumer is more likely to operate Recreation Vehicles and their components within the limitations and guidelines established by the manufacturer; resulting in optimal recreational value with minimal risk. 343
